We are looking for a skilled Voice Engineer / Voice Administrator to manage and maintain our enterprise voice infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco UC platforms, SIP trunking, QoS, and endpoint management, ensuring seamless communication services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Cisco UC platforms including CCE, CUCM, and WebEx.
- Configure and manage SIP trunking, QoS policies, and MRA (Mobile and Remote Access).
- Manage voice endpoints, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
- Apply Linux patching and perform system monitoring for voice infrastructure.
- Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related incidents to ensure high availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation and configuration records.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Voice Engineer or Voice Administrator.
- Hands-on expertise with Cisco UC platforms (CCE, CUCM, WebEx).
- Strong knowledge of SIP trunking, QoS configuration, MRA, and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with Linux system patching and monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and mission-critical environments.
