We are looking for a Document Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in QA/QC documentation processes and previous involvement in main contractor roles within similar superstructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and distribute project documentation in compliance with QA/QC and project standards.
- Ensure all documents are properly logged, updated, archived, and controlled through the designated document management system.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, site, procurement, and subcontractor teams to maintain accurate document workflows.
- Support audits and quality assurance activities by providing required documentation on time.
- Maintain confidentiality, version control, and document integrity across all project stages.
Skills
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Quality Assurance & Quality Control documentation processes and requirements.
- Minimum 5 years experience working for a main contractor on similar large-scale superstructure projects.
- Strong command of English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Proficiency in Aconex or Autodesk Construction Cloud (knowledge of at least one is required).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high document volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate with multicultural, cross-functional project teams.
- Transferable Iqama/Immediate join is preferred.
