Urgent Hiring: TECHNICAL MANAGER - Joinery / Wood Factory

Job Summary
We are urgently hiring a Technical Manager for a joinery/wood factory based in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in wood fabrication, shop drawings, site coordination, and factory workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical department (drawings, material submittals, method statements, approvals)
- Review and approve joinery designs, shop drawings, BOQs, materials, finishes, and hardware
- Coordinate between design, production, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Solve technical issues related to site execution, design changes, and coordination conflicts
- Supervise draftsmen, site engineers, QC, and production teams
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with specifications
- Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and consultants for technical matters
- Support procurement and improve factory workflow efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and production output to project sites
Skills
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of proven experience in joinery/wood manufacturing and site execution
- Strong knowledge of wood materials, fabrication techniques, finishes, and hardware
- Able to read and interpret shop drawings (AutoCAD proficiency preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (English required)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Willing to travel to project sites across Saudi Arabia as required
Preferred/ Additional Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Carpentry Technology, or similar
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential joinery projects
- Knowledge of factory QC processes and installation procedures
- Familiarity with Saudi/Gulf standards and joinery codes
- Experience with procurement or material sourcing
