Operate and manage online stores on Noon, Shopify, Salla, and other local e-commerce platforms.
Create, edit, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, prices, and images.
Plan and execute promotional activities, platform campaigns, and seasonal marketing events.
Monitor store performance (traffic, sales, conversion rate) and implement optimization strategies.
Coordinate order processing, shipping, delivery, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and after-sales service to maintain high satisfaction.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Collaborate with marketing teams to run ads, social campaigns, and drive targeted traffic.
Ensure compliance with platform rules and maintain account health and ratings.
Skills
Hands-on experience with Noon, Shopify, and Salla — mandatory.
At least 2 years of e-commerce operations experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
Strong understanding of online marketplace rules, operations, and promotional tools.
Excellent skills in product catalog management, pricing strategy, and content optimization.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and traffic acquisition is a plus.
Good data analysis ability; able to track KPIs and generate performance reports.
Familiarity with logistics processes, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery in KSA.
Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, able to multitask and work independently.
