- Upload, update and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, tags).
- Maintain correct prices, stock status, and product categories.
2. Order & Customer Management
- Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely shipment.
- Track delivery status, handle order exceptions (delays, returns, refunds, exchanges).
- Reply to customer inquiries via chat/email and maintain good ratings and reviews.
3. Marketing & Promotion Execution
- Plan and execute platform promotions (campaigns, coupons, flash sales, bundles).
- Coordinate with design team for banners, product images, landing pages.
Skills
- Basic design sense (know what kind of images convert better).
- Knowledge of copywriting (persuasive product descriptions).
- Experience with CRM tools, email marketing, or social media.
- For cross-border e-commerce: understanding of international shipping, duties, and local market habits.
- Good English (or target market language) for communication and listing optimization.
