Carry out mechanical system works on-site, including:
- HVAC ducting and piping, plumbing installations, and firefighting system works.
- Install mechanical equipment and components according to drawings and supervisor instructions.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs during the execution phase.
- Report technical issues and site observations to the supervisor/engineer.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures while performing tasks.
- Assist in on-site testing, inspections, and preparing the area for handover.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure proper organization of the workspace
Skills
- Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical Technology or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works on construction sites.
- Basic ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Commitment to punctuality and ability to work under site conditions.
- Experience in office buildings or administrative projects is a plus.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
