Promote and sell a complete range of passive fire protection products including firestop sealants, coatings, barriers, and related systems.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trainings for consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Provide technical support, product selection guidance, and system recommendations based on project requirements, standards, and regulations.

Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify PFP opportunities and propose compliant solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, civil contractors, and distributors.

Track ongoing projects, prepare sales forecasts, and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, submittals, testing documents, and approvals.

Ensure product compliance with relevant standards (e.g., UL, FM, ASTM, EN).

Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs..

Skills

We are looking for a highly motivated Passive Fire Protection (PFP) Product Sales Engineer to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent client management skills, and hands-on experience in promoting firestop, fireproofing, and other PFP solutions to consultants, contractors, contractors, and end users.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Fire Safety, or related field).

2–5 years of experience in passive fire protection, construction materials sales, or firestop systems in KSA preferably in Riyadh.

Strong understanding of fire safety principles, firestop systems, and building codes.

Proven ability to work with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Valid driving license.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with major PFP brands (e.g., 3M, Hilti, Promat, Rockwool, etc.).

Knowledge of UL systems and site installation practices (preferably)

Existing client network in construction or fire protection sectors.
