- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle to ensure successful handover to the executive management team.
- Ability to successfully lead project implementation using strong skills in allocating and managing technical resources in the best technical ways.
- Coordinate with ERP experts in various departments and organize periodic meetings and performance reviews with the technical team.
- Prepare detailed project plans, metrics, work plans, schedules, resource indicators and status reports.
- Identify ERP project risks and develop mitigation plans. Provide leadership, direction, and feedback to the project.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a similar field.
- 10 years of experience, including 5 years in project management and 3 years in Odoo systems.
- Required professional certificates: PMP, Agile Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist 5.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
· Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance procedures.
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
