Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production and Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production lines and maintenance activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure optimal productivity, reliability, and efficiency across all plant processes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all production and maintenance operations to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Responsible for meeting all quality requirements and following up with end users.
- Internal and external logistics arrangement.
- Materials handling from raw materials receiving at the port till final product delivery to the customers.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in production or maintenance roles within industrial/manufacturing plants, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, production planning, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English (oral and written).
- Age: Below 40 years old.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing operations and maintenance in heavy production facilities such as Asphalt Plants, Ready-Mix Concrete, Steel Industries, Ferroalloy Industries, etc.
- Experience in logistics operations and maintenance.
