Full-Time Villa Housekeeper Recruitment (Fluent English Required) Basic Information Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Two Villas (Serving 12-15 Residents) Core Orientation: Responsible for daily cleaning, logistics support and auxiliary catering work of the two villas, ensuring a clean, orderly and comfortable living environment. Essential Requirements Fluent in spoken and written English, able to communicate smoothly with residents on work matters and daily needs. At least 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in villas or high-end residences, familiar with the cleaning standards and service norms of high-end living spaces. Proficient in operating modern cleaning and household equipment, including but not limited to dishwashers, washing machines, floor cleaning tools, floor scrubbers, car washers, and ice makers (must master ice making, equipment maintenance and daily cleaning). Responsible, careful and diligent, with strong sense of service and time management ability, able to complete work tasks independently and efficiently. Have a good health condition, hold a valid health certificate, and be able to adapt to the daily work rhythm of the villa. Familiar with the purchase of daily drinks and coffee beans is preferred, with basic judgment on product quality and shelf life. Key Job Responsibilities 1. Daily Cleaning Work Clean the floors of all public areas (living rooms, dining rooms, corridors, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.) and private rooms every day, ensuring no dust, stains or water marks. Wipe and organize tables, countertops, cabinets and other surfaces in public areas and rooms every day, keeping them tidy and free of clutter. 2. Laundry & Linen Management Operate the washing machine to wash residents' clothes, bed sheets, quilt covers, towels and other textiles every day, and dry, iron and fold them in time according to requirements. Regularly replace and clean bed sheets, quilt covers and other linens of each room (frequency can be adjusted according to residents' needs), and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of linens. 3. Vehicle Cleaning Wash 6 resident vehicles every day, including exterior cleaning, interior dust removal and simple tidying, ensuring the vehicles are clean and tidy for use. 4. Catering Auxiliary Work Assist the chef in preparing breakfast every morning, including ingredient sorting, table setting, kitchen auxiliary cleaning and other related work. Operate the ice maker daily to ensure sufficient ice supply for the villa, and clean and maintain the ice maker regularly to ensure food safety. Regularly go to the supermarket to purchase coffee beans, various drinks and other daily supplies according to the villa's inventory and residents' preferences, and keep accounts of purchases for verification. 5. Daily Logistics & Equipment Maintenance Operate the dishwasher to clean tableware, cookware and other items every day, and arrange them neatly after cleaning. Regularly inspect and maintain the used cleaning and household equipment, report equipment failures in a timely manner, and ensure normal operation of the equipment. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the storage areas of the villa, including sorting cleaning supplies, daily necessities, etc.
