Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead manpower planning, RRF handling, and job description management.
- Execute hiring strategies via agencies, job portals, and referrals; manage job fairs & recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct screening, interviews, assessments, candidate coordination, and background verification.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and oversee onboarding, travel arrangements, and new joiner requirements.
- Handle SCE registration, Zoho data assessment, recruitment dashboards, and reporting.
Employee Relations & Administration
- Act as the primary contact for employee grievances and support internal HR communication.
- Manage disciplinary actions, exit interviews, and resignation procedures.
- Oversee internal transfers, policy implementation, SOPs, and HR announcements.
- Handle driver arrangements, office supplies, petty cash, EAR/BER/PR, and document filing.
- Manage bank account creation, IBAN submission, medical checkups, MOFA attestation, licenses, and FRC approvals.
Training & Performance
- Support performance reviews and annual evaluations.
- Assist with training programs and employee engagement activities, surveys, and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Skills
strong recruitment and talent-sourcing skills (agencies, portals, referrals).
Excellent interviewing, screening, and assessment abilities.
Solid knowledge of onboarding processes, documentation, and travel coordination.
Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, QIWA & onboarding compliance.
Hands-on experience with HR systems (Zoho, HRIS, dashboards).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee interaction.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Problem-solving mindset with professional judgment.
Proactive, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
