Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in interior finishing works for government projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing administrative and office spaces, creating functional and aesthetically appealing layouts, and preparing detailed technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts for administrative and office spaces.
• Prepare 2D drawings and detailed plans using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Create 3D visualizations and presentation materials for client approval.
• Select finishes, materials, colors, furniture, and design elements.
• Prepare BOQ, material schedules, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams during execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and government guidelines.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in government or administrative projects.
• Strong experience in designing office and workspace layouts.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar).
• Good knowledge of interior finishing materials and specifications.
• Strong creativity with the ability to propose practical and functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
