Supply Chain Management
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely deliveries.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors and transport providers.
Transportation Management
- Plan and manage all transportation activities, including routing and scheduling of shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during transportation operations.
- Address and resolve any transportation-related issues or delays effectively.
Inventory Control
- Manage the inventory management processes, including stock levels, replenishment, and warehousing.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Ensure customers receive their order on time
- Controlling of customers received invoice copies and submitted to Hassad faineance department
- Managing buffering stock according market demand
- Receive all goods and upload it in the system and appear it for sales team
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment in logistics operations.
- Participate in meetings to discuss logistics performance and recommend improvements.
Reporting & documentation
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to logistics operations, including shipment status and inventory levels.
- Ensure all logistics documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve efficiency.
Team Supervision
- Supervise the logistics team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Conduct training and development programs for logistics staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma Degree or University degree
Minimum Experience:
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing operations or related fields, including experience in the FMCG industry
Language Requirements:
- Arabic: Working knowledge, Advanced is preferred.
- English: Working knowledge, Advanced is preferred.
