- Possesses extensive knowledge of the menu, able to offer detailed explanations of dishes, recommend complementary choices, and accommodate diverse dietary requirements.

- Exhibits flexibility and composure in high-pressure situations, adeptly juggling multiple responsibilities, and adeptly tailoring service to meet the unique needs of diverse patrons.

- Well-practiced in delivering outstanding customer service by connecting with guests, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their time at the restaurant is enjoyable
