Responsibilities:

2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement design solutions and ensure consistency across products.
4. Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user expectations and improve overall user experience.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, applying this knowledge to enhance our design processes.
6. Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across all digital products and platforms.
7. Create detailed specifications and guidelines for developers to follow during the implementation of designs.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall user experience.
9. Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future design iterations.
10. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and contribute to team growth.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and finished projects.
2. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
3. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar applications.
4. Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
5. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, with a solid understanding of analytics tools.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
7. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must, enabling better collaboration with development teams.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
