We are hiring skilled, reliable baristas to join our team for a major 10-day food and beverage event in Riyadh. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires baristas who can handle high-volume service while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and great customer interaction. You will be working with a specialty matcha and drinks concept, preparing a variety of beverages to a high standard and supporting smooth daily operations throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of matcha-based drinks and other beverages according to our recipes.
• Operate the bar station efficiently during peak hours with high accuracy and speed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
• Ensure consistent drink quality, proper portioning, and proper use of equipment.
• Support prep tasks such as batching ingredients, restocking items, and organizing supplies.
• Assist the team with setup before the event starts and closing duties at the end of each day.
• Deliver friendly, respectful customer service aligned with the brand’s standards.
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations throughout the shift.

Contract Details:

• Location: Riyadh
• Duration: 10 days
• Dates: 27 November – 6 December
• Schedule: Full-day shifts (exact hours to be shared upon selection)
• Compensation: Very competitive daily/hourly rate (to be discussed during interview)
• Working Environment: High footfall, high pressure, fast service pace

Skills

• Previous barista experience is required (specialty coffee or matcha experience is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle long service hours without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude with customers and teammates.
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new drink recipes and workflow.
• Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness.
