Main Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and archiving paper and electronic documents in accordance with approved work regulations.
  • Ensuring documents are updated and distributing approved copies to relevant departments.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth flow of documents and information.
  • Using document management systems such as SharePoint or EDMS.


Skills

Requirements:

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • Holds a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in the same field.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
