Business Development Manager – KSA
The BDM is responsible for establishing and expanding BOSON GROUP (Infra Contracting & Trading)
in the KSA market by identifying new business opportunities,
building client relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BOSON GROUP’s BD strategy in KSA.
- Identify opportunities in construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Conduct market research on trends, competition, and client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals, capability statements, and business cases.
- Support pricing strategies aligned with KSA market dynamics.
- Track BD metrics, proposals, and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly dashboards and market intelligence reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of BD experience in construction/MEP within KSA.
- Valid driving license; fluent in Arabic, English, and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah markets and KSA tendering procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of securing projects and expanding market presence.
