Responsibilities
• Provide on-site and remote support for network-related issues
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco IP Phones and basic network devices
• Assist in network monitoring, incident response, and escalation
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and support activities
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to ensure smooth operations
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) or VoIP systems
• Basic understanding of network security principles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
Skills
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in network support or related roles
• Certification: Valid Cisco CCNA
• Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IP Phones (configuration, troubleshooting, user support)
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, switching
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
