We are looking for a highly disciplined, organized, and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth service in a high-traffic environment.
The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of experience in cafés or restaurants, understands Foodics, inventory, staff performance, and knows how to maintain quality during rush hours.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Lead and manage staff (cashiers, baristas, servers, kitchen staff).
- Create schedules, manage shifts, and organize daily work plans.
- Monitor product quality, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer issues and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and suppliers.
- Review Foodics sales reports and ensure accuracy.
- Track expenses, wastage, and cost control.
- Train new employees on service standards and procedures.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety rules.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance within the team.
- Coordinate with the owner on improvements, updates, and new ideas.
- Handle opening & closing procedures, including daily checklists.
Requirements:
- Saudi or resident with transferable iqama.
- 3–7+ years of experience in café or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and discipline.
- Experience using Foodics POS system.
- Strong understanding of workflow, speed of service, and quality control.
- Ability to manage busy crowds and high-volume operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control and supplier coordination.
- Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate staff.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Basic English preferred (not required).
