This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary at Halwani Bros, located in Jeddah. The Executive Secretary will perform clerical and executive administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Responsibilities include providing secretarial support to executives, maintaining records, and offering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a combination of organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth office operations.

- Strong clerical skills, including file organization, data entry, and record maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively correspond with stakeholders
- Experience in company secretarial work, including managing confidential documents and assisting senior management
- Demonstrated ability in executive administrative assistance, such as scheduling and task prioritization
- Proven customer service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
