المتقدم المثالي سيكون لديه خبرة قوية في التعامل مع أنظمة الهيدروليك الخاصة بمكائن الحقن والقوالب.
المسؤوليات:
- تشخيص الأعطال الهيدروليكية بدقة وإصلاحها في المكائن وخطوط الإنتاج.
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والروتينية وفقاً لجداول العمل المعتمدة.
- تركيب واستبدال مضخات، صمامات، أنابيب، وخراطيم الهيدروليك عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة ضغط الزيت وتدفق السوائل والتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير التشغيل.
- معايرة وضبط أنظمة الهيدروليك لتحسين الأداء.
- إعداد تقارير فنية دورية عن الأعطال والإصلاحات المنجزة.
- التعاون مع فريق الصيانة الميكانيكية والكهربائية لحل المشكلات المشتركة.
- الالتزام بتطبيق معايير السلامة المهنية أثناء تنفيذ جميع الأعمال.
We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team at a plastic manufacturing facility in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in handling hydraulic systems used in injection molding machines and molds.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose and repair hydraulic faults in machines and production lines.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance as per schedules.
- Install and replace pumps, valves, pipes, and hydraulic hoses when required.
- Monitor oil pressure and fluid flow, ensuring compliance with operating standards.
- Calibrate and adjust hydraulic systems to enhance performance.
- Prepare technical reports on faults and completed repairs.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical maintenance teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards during all maintenance tasks.
Skills
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة عملية مثبتة في أنظمة الهيدروليك لمكائن الحقن والقوالب.
- شهادة فنية أو دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة (ميكانيكا / هيدروليك).
- القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية والرسومات الميكانيكية.
- مهارات تشخيص وتحليل عالية.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحمل ضغوط العمل
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in hydraulic systems for injection molding machines and molds.
- Technical diploma or vocational certificate in a related field (Mechanical / Hydraulic).
- Ability to read technical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
