Maintenance Technician – Automation Stamping

???? Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of equipment maintenance experience in a automotive stamping.
  • Hands-on experience with stamping press lines, automation systems, and robotics.
  • Skilled in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems maintenance.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, HMI controls, sensors, cabling, and robotic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, SOPs, and BOMs.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and data acquisition tools.
  • Experience in performing preventive, diagnostic, and emergency repairs.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of PLC, BMS, or logic platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
  • Physically fit — able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and industrial automation tools.
  • Fluency in English.
