1.Development of PPP projects in the Middle East region, including opportunity tracking and screening, structure design, preliminary evaluation, cooperation with headquarter to finish advisor selection, due diligence, negotiation with partners, competitive analysis, bidding documents preparation and submission, and contracts negotiation after winning the bid;
2.Collaboration with partners, including but not limited to equity partner, EPC Contractor、O&M、 Financing institutions, and advisors;
3.Doing research on relevant countries, including but not limited to macro level situations, PPP related policies, and related industry development;
4.Development of EPC+F projects in the Middle East region.
Skills
1.Identify with Chinese Harbor culture, possess good professional ethics and conduct, and have no record of illegal or irregular activities;
2.Have investment development experience in areas such as highways, rail transit, buildings, ports, water treatment, power plant, etc;
3.English can be used as a working language;
4.More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
