Responsibilities:

1. Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position loads as required on construction sites.
2. Conduct pre-operational checks on cranes and other lifting equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
3. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
4. Communicate effectively with ground crew and site supervisors to coordinate lifting operations and ensure proper load handling.
5. Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including daily logs and inspection reports.
6. Assist in the setup and dismantling of cranes and rigging equipment as needed.
7. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on cranes to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
8. Participate in safety training and workshops to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while on the job site.
10. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel immediately.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a crane operator with a valid crane operator license or certification.
