Role Description:

We are looking for a System Engineer who has worked in Healthcare or related industry experience in HIS systems (Cerner, BestCare) integration.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in deploying and configuring new systems and hardware (desktops, servers, network equipment, etc.).

· Assist in maintaining and managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.

· Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and backups.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, system architects, and healthcare professionals to understand integration requirements and design appropriate solutions.

· Utilize expertise in SQL to design and optimize database schemas and queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

· Develop, implement, and maintain integration solutions adhering to healthcare standards such as HL7 to ensure interoperability between healthcare applications and systems.

· Perform thorough testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity.

· Document integration processes, configurations, and workflows for reference and future maintenance.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in healthcare integration to continuously enhance integration capabilities and efficiency.

· Experience in Cloud technologies

· Provide advice and best practices to Partners for technical areas such as networks, configurations, architectures etc.

· Provide technical support for troubleshooting and performance analysis for reports, stored procedures, interfaces, conversions, data migration scripts and user defined functions.

Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Healthcare or related industries.

· In-depth understanding of healthcare standards and protocols, particularly HL7.

· Hands-on experience with integrations and middleware.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex integration requirements and design scalable solutions.

· Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality integration solutions.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Troubleshooting and System Administration skills

· Technical Support expertise

· Experience working with SQL, Java, VB,ORACLE, Linux, Vbscript

· Working knowledge of clinical workflow

· Experience with the Cerner or Best care HIS

· Fluent in Arabic and English
