Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Executive Secretary / Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations in Arabic and English.

Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

Coordinate travel, logistics, and accommodations for executives.

Support HR and finance with administrative tasks when required.

Ensure smooth office operations and communication between departments.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or executive support.

Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Professional appearance and attitude.
