We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company’s human resources strategy and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with our business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can also manage day-to-day HR operations effectively. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. With a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture, you will implement HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  3. Oversee employee performance management systems, providing guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations.
  4. Address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution, ensuring a harmonious workplace environment.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation.
  6. Implement and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  7. Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  8. Maintain HR metrics and reporting to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored support.
  10. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  4. Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
  5. Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement strategies.
  6. Proficiency in using HR software and tools for data management and reporting.
  7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective decision-making.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  10. Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
