Job Description

We are, a company specializing in the installation of reinforced concrete, metal structures, and industrial piping, are seeking a Senior Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our construction projects, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys, managing project data, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Job Duties

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and collect precise measurements using advanced surveying equipment
• Prepares detailed survey reports, maps, and plans for industrial construction projects
• Analyze survey data and provide recommendations to project managers and engineers
• Competent management of the surveying team and selection of qualified surveyors for the team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and success
• Monitor construction progress and verify adherence to plans and specifications
• Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in cost estimation processes
• Participate in project meetings and communicate survey findings to stakeholders
• Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry best practices

Skills

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying/ Quantity Surveying, Steel Industrial Engineering, or a related Construction field
• Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, RICS) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in surveying, with at least 3 years in the Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, PlanSwift, CostX, Microsoft Excel, CANDY, or similar QS) and tools GNSS/ GPS equipment
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian industrial building codes and steel industrial construction practices

Requirements

• Outstanding communication in 3 languages (Arabian, English, Russian)
• Experience in managing multiple industrial projects and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with quantity takeoffs and cost estimation processes
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for project needs
• Residential documents appropriate Saudi Arabia
• Driven license
