Job Description:

We are seeking a Saudi Mechanical Engineer to join our Aftermarket Services Division in Jeddah as a Service Technician.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and field service operations on drilling and heavy equipment used by our clients, ensuring high-quality technical support aligned with safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for drilling and heavy equipment at client sites.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and prepare detailed service reports.

Conduct scheduled site visits for preventive and corrective maintenance.

Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance activities.

Skills

Requirements:

Saudi nationality is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferably with previous experience in heavy equipment maintenance or field service.

Strong command of English (spoken and written).

Willingness to travel for field assignments within the Kingdom (additional allowances provided).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Total Monthly Salary: SAR 7,600 – 8,600 (inclusive of basic salary, housing, and transportation allowances).

Additional field service allowances for travel assignments.
