Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatching, and periodic inventory control.
Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain precise records in line with company procedures.
Develop and implement effective warehouse policies and stock control systems.
Supervise and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
Coordinate with the Procurement and Projects departments to ensure smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within all warehouse activities.
Prepare regular reports on stock movements, consumption, and stock levels.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in warehouse management, including at least 5 years in the construction industry.
Holder of professional certifications in warehouse management or supply chain operations such as:
Certified Warehouse Manager (CWM)
Full proficiency in Odoo ERP system and strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management modules.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
