Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor civil construction activities including structural, finishing, and external works.
• Review IFC and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with approved designs and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical/site issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, material submittals, and work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and environmental policies.
• Verify work quantities for progress billing and variation claims.
• Support site teams through planning, scheduling, and technical problem-solving.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in multi-storied building construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera/MS Project.
• Good understanding of QA/QC and site documentation procedures.

General Notes:

• Fluency in English and Arabic – mandatory.
• Transferable Iqama – mandatory.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• 3-month probation period before employment confirmation.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills are essential.
