Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor civil construction activities including structural, finishing, and external works.
- Review IFC and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with approved designs and method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical/site issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, material submittals, and work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and environmental policies.
- Verify work quantities for progress billing and variation claims.
- Support site teams through planning, scheduling, and technical problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in multi-storied building construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera/MS Project.
- Good understanding of QA/QC and site documentation procedures.
General Notes:
- Fluency in English and Arabic – mandatory.
- Transferable Iqama – mandatory.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- 3-month probation period before employment confirmation.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills are essential.
