Are you an experienced English educator with a passion for training the next generation of teachers? Blackgold Training Institute is looking for a dynamic and qualified English Teacher Trainer to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Train aspiring English teachers in teaching methodologies, lesson planning, classroom management, and language proficiency.
• Deliver engaging training sessions focused on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Develop training materials and teaching aids in line with modern ESL/EFL practices.
• Assess trainees' progress through assignments, micro-teaching sessions, and evaluations.
• Mentor and support teacher trainees throughout the training process.
• Provide feedback and conduct mock teaching evaluations.
• Stay up to date with new teaching techniques, curriculum changes, and digital tools for English education.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, TEFL, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in teaching English and/or training English teachers.
• Strong command of the English language—spoken and written.
• Experience with communicative language teaching (CLT), student-centered learning, and other modern methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or similar is highly preferred.
