An international EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our team on a major onshore oil and gas construction project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement. Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures. Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and progress updates for senior management and the client. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate schedule inputs and alignment. Manage a team of planners and provide guidance on best practices and project controls.

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 12+ years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a planning leadership role on large-scale onshore oil and gas construction projects. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project controls methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience working with international EPC contractors in the Middle East preferred. Candidates who are ADNOC Approved will be given priority.
