Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in steel fabrication and structural engineering to join our team.

 The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, building client relationships, and providing technical expertise to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fabrication services (e.g., structural steel, piping, skids, tanks, modular units).
• Meet with clients ( contractors, consultants, project owners) to understand technical requirements and offer suitable solutions.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
• Follow up on submitted quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals in line with company targets.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product presentations, site visits, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a strong understanding of fabrication processes, production capabilities, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, project developments, and competitor activities within KSA and the GCC.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, procurement, production) to ensure the timely execution of client requirements.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
• Ensure strict adherence to company procedures.
• Any additional responsibility assigned by the Sales manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• IO years of sales experience in the fabrication, steel, or industrial manufacturing
•  
• sector in the Gulf region.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (e.g., structural steel, modular fabrication, piping, tanks, or pressure vessels).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
