Are you a dynamic leader with strong technical expertise in maintenance and facility management?
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in maintenance or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and electrical/electronic circuits.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Ability to prepare reports and manage budgets efficiently.
• Non-smoker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all maintenance activities including installation, repair, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment and heavy machinery.
• Manage and motivate the maintenance team; assign tasks, monitor performance, and develop team skills.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Control department budgets and track expenses.
• Maintain and manage the inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance operations and equipment status.

• Continuously improve equipment performance and operational reliability.
