Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and growing Knowledge Expansion’s digital presence across platforms. This includes content planning, community engagement, analytics, and ensuring alignment with the brand’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the design and event team for timely content.
- Write engaging bilingual captions and content (Arabic/English).
- Monitor performance and report on analytics and KPIs.
- Respond to messages, comments, and manage online communities.
- Stay updated on trends and opportunities in education and events.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management for organizations or brands.
- Strong writing skills in Arabic and English.
- Familiarity with content planning tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion).
- Ability to analyze insights and adapt strategies.
- A passion for educational or social impact events is a plus.
