Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic professional to lead our online community across multiple platforms while designing engaging visual content. This dual-role position is ideal for someone with a passion for social media and a sharp eye for design.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management:
- Manage and grow presence on Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Interact with followers, answer inquiries, and manage brand reputation
- Increase engagement through posts, stories, live sessions, and campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaign alignment
Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality visual content including static and motion graphics
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets
- Develop marketing materials (ads, brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Stay current with design tools and social media trends
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or social media management
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (After Effects/Premiere is a plus)
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Fast execution and strong organizational skills
