We are looking for a qualified and reliable Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment in a steel reinforcement factory. 

The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of rebar cutting and bending machines by performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on machinery used for cutting, bending, and processing steel reinforcement bars.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot mechanical faults and malfunctions in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Assist with the installation, alignment, and setup of new machines and mechanical systems.

Replace worn or damaged machine parts such as gears, bearings, belts, shafts, and hydraulic components.

Ensure proper lubrication and adjustment of mechanical components.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and machine history.

Work closely with electrical technicians to resolve cross-disciplinary issues.

Adhere to safety standards and maintenance best practices at all times.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and production emergencies.
