Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Foreman to oversee daily operations in the rebar cutting and bending section of our steel reinforcement factory. 

The foreman will supervise production teams, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities related to rebar cutting and bending.

Assign tasks and monitor the performance of machine operators and workers to ensure a smooth workflow.

Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.

Monitor the operation of cutting and bending machines (manual, semi-automatic, or CNC).

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet technical specifications and customer requirements.

Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to resolve machine or quality issues.

Implement and enforce workplace safety standards and PPE usage among staff.

Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and material usage logs.

Train and guide workers in proper machine operation, handling procedures, and safety practices.

Manage raw material usage to minimize waste and support inventory control.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
