???? Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal teams.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Guide users through features and functionalities of systems or platforms.
Perform routine system checks and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
Solid knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira) is a plus.
