As a Ballet Instructor, you will play a crucial role in developing students' skills, confidence, and appreciation for the art of dance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement engaging ballet lesson plans tailored to various skill levels.
  2. Conduct regular classes, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
  3. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
  4. Organize and prepare students for performances, including choreography and stage presence.
  5. Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity and self-expression.
  6. Collaborate with other instructors to develop interdisciplinary programs that integrate ballet with other dance forms.
  7. Stay updated on ballet trends and techniques to continuously improve teaching methods.
  8. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and class activities.

Preferred Candidate:
