Impact4 is a premium marketing agency helping companies grow between Saudi Arabia and the U.S. We work with ambitious startups, growing SMEs, and international brands expanding into the region.

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Web Developer to join us on a freelance or part-time basis. You’ll help us build fast, modern websites and landing pages for our clients — from startups to professional services firms.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop custom websites and landing pages (WordPress, Webflow, or custom code).
• Convert Figma or design mockups into responsive, SEO-friendly websites.
• Handle front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) and basic back-end setup (WordPress, APIs, integrations).
• Collaborate with our designer and marketing team to ensure visuals + UX are on point.
• Implement basic analytics (GA4), SEO setup, and site speed optimizations.
• Occasionally assist in updating or maintaining client websites.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or modern CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of web performance, SEO best practices, and mobile optimization.
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Arabic/English bilingual websites or Saudi brands.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vanilla & jQuery)
• Experience with WordPress (custom themes & plugins) and/or Webflow
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with CMS setup, hosting, and basic DNS/domain configuration
• Knowledge of basic SEO practices (meta tags, speed optimization, image compression)
• Experience integrating Google Analytics (GA4) and tracking pixels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of APIs and 3rd-party tool integrations (e.g., forms, CRMs, payment gateways)
• Familiarity with version control (Git is a plus)

Design Collaboration

• Ability to turn Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect websites
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
