Position Purpose


The Property Coordinator proactively oversees all aspects of the home-finding process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for clients. By leveraging in-depth market knowledge and building strong industry relationships, the role facilitates property selection, negotiation, and transitions, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with regional regulations. 


Key Responsibilities /Duties/ Functions Tasks


Market Knowledge and Relationships


Stay current on real estate laws, principles, and practices across the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Iraq


Establish and maintain robust networks with property developers and property management companies to identify optimal properties for clients


Conduct routine market analysis to provide insights on rental trends, pricing, and availability


Database and Research Management 


Develop and maintain a detailed record of properties, neighborhoods, and areas, including floor plans, photos, and views


Regularly update Move One's property database with accurate information, landlord details, and contact information for real estate companies


Perform market research based on client criteria to prepare for briefing calls with the destination services team


Client Support and Negotiations


Organize property viewings and meetings involving destination consultants, clients, and real estate agents


Accompany assignees to property viewings, offering insights and support during the selection process


Negotiate lease terms to ensure client protection, prepare written offer letters for landlords, and conduct due diligence to safeguard tenant rights.


Advise clients and teams on local market conditions, including budgeting, rental payments, related fees, and negotiation strategie


Operational Coordinatio


Schedule appointments and provide detailed itineraries for property viewings, ensuring availability of backup options


Explain utility connection procedures and assist with timelines before move-in, where local regulations permit


Collaborate with the destination services team to manage client expectations effectively


Support expansion initiatives in Middle Eastern region

Essential Skills


Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both verbal and written)


Strong relationship-building abilities within the real estate industry


Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


Results-driven with a solution-oriented mindset and a “can do” attitude


Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software


Qualifications


Sufficient work experience


Proven experience in the service or real estate industry


Driver's license and / or access to a car (preferred)
