Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate the implementation of national and international curricula across departments.
- Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and heads of departments.
- Monitor academic performance and lead improvement plans based on data analysis and school assessments.
- Organize professional development programs and training workshops for academic staff.
- Collaborate with school leadership to maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Ensure curriculum alignment with the Ministry of Education requirements and international best practices.
- Lead the development and review of academic policies and procedures.
- Participate in student admissions, placement, and academic planning.
- Stay updated with educational trends and innovations to enhance learning experiences.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership, preferably in K–12 schools.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Experience with international curricula (British, American, or IB) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
