Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation complies with Saudi labor law.
- Assist with visa processing, renewal of work permits (Iqama), and other government-related documentation.
- Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and other HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on Saudi labor law changes and assist in implementing necessary adjustments.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Oversee office supply procurement and ensure availability of necessary items for daily operations.
- Process office expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and maintain good relationships.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation for easy access and compliance.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for employees.
- Manage correspondence, such as incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails.
- Support the implementation of health and safety measures in the workplace.
Skills
- Nationality: Saudi (This position is designated for Saudi nationals only, in accordance with local Saudization policy and project compliance requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Candidates with deep understanding of local culture, labor laws, and administrative requirements, preferably Saudi nationals.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administration.
- Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
