About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Draftsman with advanced BIM capabilities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality MEP shop drawings using Revit and BIM platforms in coordination with the project design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings in Revit and BIM.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Review and implement design changes or modifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP drafting within construction or engineering sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM and Revit is a must.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction documentation.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant technical diploma or equivalent certification in drafting/design.

Preferred Skills:

• Clear understanding of MEP coordination and clash detection in BIM.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with large-scale projects is an advantage.
