- On call support with customers to troubleshoot and fix issues
- System maintenance visits to customer site: the scope of the visits shall be agreed on with customer before visits.

- Directly report to the Technical Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Client interface as needed for any of the following: software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training, etc.
· Implement software while adhering to the project management model for smooth delivery of standard implementations
· Ability to travel up on a regular basis to client sites
