• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and increase customer engagement.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Manage brand positioning and identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations with influencers and key industry players.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and sales teams to develop customer loyalty programs and promotional offers.
• Organize and manage events, tastings, and brand activations to enhance brand presence.
• Analyze marketing performance and key metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Supervise food photography and videography to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum (X years) of experience in marketing within the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of F&B marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and online advertising.
• Excellent skills in content creation, storytelling, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
