1. Lead the onboarding team, ensuring all processes run smoothly and professionally.

2. Develop and implement structured onboarding procedures to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

3. Conduct engaging orientation presentations, workplace tours, and introductory sessions for new hires.

4. Oversee documentation, compliance, and coordination with HR, IT, Admin, and Payroll teams.

5. Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, addressing their needs and concerns.

6. Foster a positive company image, ensuring all new hires feel welcomed and integrated.

7. Continuously assess and improve onboarding strategies through feedback and best practices.

Skills

• 5 years experience in the Onboarding role.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Highly presentable, professional, and engaging personality.

• Experience in fast-paced, multinational environments is a plus.

• Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
